• Better security
• Easier to catch criminals / prevent crimes
• Takes less time to identify people

Cons

• Can be expensive to use / install somewhere
• Still working out kinks in the softwares
• Racial and gender discrimination
• Easy for hackers and others to access our data without consen
• Just creepy in general that someone has the ability to use your face to find out stuff about you
